1. Right of Return
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging where applicable
- Not show signs of misuse or damage
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom-made products
- Personalized products
- Items excluded by applicable consumer protection legislation

- Customer name
- Reason for return
5. Return Shipping
Unless required by law or otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
